Lol. Well it's definitely not perfect. But it's not supposed to be something folks rave about... it's morning traffic, not playing horseshoes right. What I mean is that for a big city like Houston, a 45 minute commute from Katy/Fulshear to the energy corridor is just about what one would expect. Personally I'm a fan of Houston freeways--has anyone driven in traffic in San Antonio or Austin ? Talk about inadequate and outdated highways !

Well it depends which part of Katy, the 77094 area (which is basically Katy with a Houston address) is only 10 minutes away from EC with traffic

This is a big point. People say "Katy" as if it's all one place with the same commute, but someone living off Barker Cypress either north or south of the freeway will have a way way way shorter commute to the EC than someone in SW Cinco.
