Does anyone know if something like One Montreal Place or Cambridge Court is warrantable? Or some of the other condos around there?

Last year, we looked at buying an older condo for my MIL to live in (a little farther north of the area you are looking). Our realtor had to reach out to each condo association separately to find out if a mortgage was possible (our mortgage company gave us a list of their requirements). I found that the listings on HAR were accurate on the "financing options" they showed.
