So what? He did it too, so it’s relevant.

I did not know that Dominic Laurenzo is actually a Trump Supporter.

"El Tiempo’s owners have taken political stances before: In October 2016, the Houston Chronicle reported that the restaurant was allowing Trump supporters to hold a rally outside the East End location and film a music video for a pro-Trump anthem written by one of the leaders of the Houston Latino Trump Coalition. Counterprotesters also received permission to gather outside the restaurant, but Dominic Laurenzo told the paper that he was personally supporting Trump."

Also, $29.99 for a half pound of fajitas is highway robbery.

It does take some kind of balls to come out as a pro Trump/Sessions supporter when your bread & butter is selling tex-mex food on Navigation Ave. and in the heart of the Montrose. Lorenzo is certainly welcome to express whatever beliefs he holds, but that really is a foolish business move. We won't be eating there any more.

Obama isn’t relevant because past presidents have also done the same. You didn’t mention them. The only difference is they didn’t have a zero tolerance policy like Trump. If you can’t decipher that difference, I suggest you do some fact-checking.

I checked Fox and they don't mention that at all.

I don't give damn about Lorenzo's or their political learning. IMO, the place is overpriced.

But some need to do some serious fact checking. Former POTUS's did NOT separate families seeking asylum.. The part that bothered Sessions was the few who were disappearing when the ankle monitor was attached, while waiting for their hearing.

Katygirl, 3shipguy y'all need to do some homework.

Dude, there were some separation of families under other administrations. You do need to fact check yourself. Those seeking asylum were not separated. Those who were under suspicion of other crimes (not just crossing the border illegally) were separated. You need to do your homework or take some comprehension courses. I didn’t get specific in my post. Didn’t feel the need to have to.

No. 6 years of Repub stonewalling and name calling of Obama and election of a racist, sexist idiot POTUS has brought us to this point. If Repub voters weren’t hell bent in supporting a morally bankrupt POTUS and would reach across the aisle now and then, things could be much different. Life is too short to support businesses that don’t support you and contribute to candidates who attempt to limit civil rights of each American.

There were about 12 protesters max outside the restaurant last night and it was on a 30 minute wait to get in, most level headed legal American citizens disagree with you and aren't willing to try destroying a wonderful local landmark business and great local family over some overly dramatic political BS.
