I'm looking to buy a patio/town home in the parts of Spring Branch that are zoned to a good elementary school and Memorial High. The only builder that seems to be active in those areas that I can find online is David Weekly. For some reason I'm not very happy with their floor plans and I heard they usually have a high markup. Does anyone know of any other builder that is, or will be, active in this area? Is there a website I can use for this kind of research?
Thanks.

I just spoke with a builder recently who is also building in the area. I will get the info for you. David Weekley is building a lot around here. We just purchased one this summer (new build - bought the model home). Moved here specifically for the schools! They have a few new communities going up.

What’s your price point and what are you looking for in the floor plan? We have 2 kids and have always had 1 stories. Just bought a 3 story, but we wanted first floor living, and our 3rd Floor is a game room room. All bedrooms are on the second floor, but I know of a floor plan Weekley is building that does have a bedroom in the bottom floor (along with the kitchen and living room) if that is one of your needs.

Feel free to PM me!

My budget is 600k for 4 bedrooms but would prefer to stay below 550. Having a downstairs bedroom is greatly preferred but not required. Would prefer a 2 story.

Are you specifically looking for a new build? Or are you willing to look at resale?
