Now I get Harvey really traumatized y’all houstonians but the system hasn’t even developed a LLC yet and given the speed it’s going and the short amount of time it will have over water once shear has slackened. I wouldn’t worry about any significant system for now (things could change) but rainfall will be an issue especially the slowing of movement once over land.
