I’m divorced female looking to find a house, have two young kids but school is not an issue as their other parent lives in Nottingham Forest. I want to live closeby so it’s easier for kids to go to play dates. Etc. but price and sizes of the house in NF is way too big for me. I saw some small houses in Nottingham west, the first two rows to the car dealership has really good price but they are also sitting on market for a long time. Is there anything wrong with these houses? There are lots of new constructio, isn’t this a good thing for neighborhood to drive up value? I also saw a house I really liked with 50k cheaper than the one in Nottingham west in country village. But the houses there all have very weird curb appeal, is this s good neighborhood with appreciation potential like 77079? And I’m not sure if there are any kids there. I guess choice is either 77077 CV cheaper bigger or 77079 NW smaller expensive. What s your suggestion?
