To be honest, Copperfield seems fine to me. I do have to say that according to some on nextdoor and a facebook Cypress crime watch group, both Copperfield and Cypress are going down though lol. Actually apparently all of Houston suburbs seem to be getting worse...so who knows.
Some people think Armageddon is near if the tiniest thing happens. They are quick to say the world is going to hell in a hand basket. Some people think it if minorities move into their schools. There was a robbery at the Kroger store. That movie place parking lot has a bad reputation.

IMO, I have almost stopped going to Kroger's all over NW hHarris county. All any retailer has to sell is service. I can buy stuff anywhere. Kroger management has forgotten that.

There is a roving band of thieves who steal wheels off trucks. They can get all 4 in less than 2 minutes. They must have a regular route, judging by Next Door. It happens all over town.

Hwy. 6 going inbound on 290 is getting their own lane. There is construction of an overpass over 290 for Hwy 6/1960. It's year away.

This actually happened to our neighbors a few years ago in Willow Meadows who parked their truck (or suburban) in the driveway.

Both are similar demographically, however, from what I've heard and looking at the area, Cy Falls has more of a mix of SES. Apartments galore still but more expensive ones and nicer homes. There's a school off 1960 where it's zoned to a whole street of lower to mid range apartments then around the corner is a really nice neighborhoods and homes in the $200s-400s.

Cy Falls will have more of that mix. The rental houses go for $400+ more too.
