My husband said the same thing. If the weather was like this all the time, starter houses would cost $1M and it would go up from there.

Yep, and it would be called California!!!

...BTW, Topaz, we were just out to Houston (Conroe) the last week and a half visiting our just completed home and the weather was fabulous!!
