Its nice enough, for that sort of thing. Nicely landscaped. Great location right between downtown and River Oaks. There is a giant new development going in just down the street where the Allen House apartments used to be. One of those big "new urbanism" projects, plus you're close to the River Oaks shopping center too.

They have high ceilings, crown molding, but that kind of funky cabinetry that is white with the wood-tone strip running along the bottom. I personally don't care for that.

It's a complex. A "condo conversion" in what was originally built as apartments. It has been hit fairly hard with foreclosures and I don't think it has elevators to the upper levels, except in the parking garage. I like weird and funky places with their own personality and character, so the big complex set up doesn't appeal to me at all, but if that is your thing, I would look for a foreclosure.
