Are there any neighborhoods in Katy with trees and larger lots? Thanks!

Kelliwood is what you're looking for.

Default Fulshear to Katy?

Thanks so much for your responses. How are the schools in Fulshear? what about the commute to Katy? Thanks

Weston Lakes is very nice. I don't know about the school district though.

Also, Windsor Park Estates or Kelliwood Lakes (Not Windsor Park Lakes) is rather nice and would be where I would live if I had to be in Katy.

I would say 15 to 30 min (west) from katy and the schools dist. is Lamar ISD

Weston Lakes is very nice. The neighborhood is zoned to Foster HS which is probably the best of the 3 LCISD high schools IMO.
