Wondering 1) how much a 2 BR 2BA Condo would sell for in Houston in a well kept middle class neighborhood not more than 15 minutes commuter time from business parks?
2) and how much would a nice 2BR 2 BA apartment cost? I guess most of them do not have a garage, it appears.
Thanks for your help.

I was looking for the same information, so I "Googled" condos for rent and came up with several real estate agent sites. These had links to the Houston MLS, which gave me an idea of the prices.

Can you expound on your definition of "nice?" I know of people in this city who think it would be "nice" to have a roof over their head with electricity and running water. I figure your "nice" standard might be a little higher. The big question here is how much higher.

A lot of the condo market is getting hammered right now with foreclosures. Places like Live Oak lofts, 2400 McCue, the Reatta, etc. Bargains exist but if/when things stabilize and the subprime/mortgage fraud foreclosures get worked through the system, I expect prices will stabilize too.

Are you looking to buy or rent, and by doing this are you trying to compare monthly payments?
