Default Honest Information Requested. Thanks!

I’m hoping you can help me. We are looking to relocate to Houston and were WOW’D by Sienna Plantation in Missouri City. We currently live on Long Island, NY. What are other desirable areas in Houston? Although I liked The Woodlands, we preferred Sienna Plantation. Can any of you shed any light as an insider on Sienna Plantation? What areas within Sienna Plantation are the most desirable? Does anyone know anything about Sienna Point? Another thing that keeps popping up in my mind is the size of land.. Most of the regular lots that we looked at in Sienna are on 80’ lots. Will that be big enough? As you probably know or have heard of, there isn’t much land here on LI.. But my husband and I don’t want to buy something and then regret not having purchased a home on a larger sized lot.. But we want to be able to have the same amenities as Sienna Plantation. We had seen some beautiful lots and homes in Sienna Point, but after much research, we found out that after this year, Sienna Point residents will not be able to have access to SP’s amenities.. and that is something that we would really want.. Is Sienna Point more desirable than SP? Are master-planned communities something desirable? Or is it something looked down upon? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
