Why isint anyone pushing Pearland, does it not qualify?

I guess it depends. Pearland is closer to the Gulf and is much more prone to flooding. It is prairie and overgrown with invasive trees. Up north is the forest, some terrain like hills and access to lakes and all kinds of amenities. Sure is closer to the beach and its muggy climate.

I don't think Pearland is any more prone to flooding than the Woodlands or some of the 1960 area.
