Question Townhouse on Lake Livingston?
We're thinking of getting a second home on Lake Livingston that we intend on keeping no more than five years. For maintenance/security issues, we're seriously looking at a townhouse.

It's been a gazillion years since I lived in a multi-family situation. Can anyone give me any input about Lake Livingston townhouse communities? Probably aiming at the Scenic Loop Peninsula..
