Northern Pointe is off of Huffsmith Kohrville, downthe street from Kohrville elementary, don't know the neighborhood well but looks like a nice little neighborhood in a nice location. Not far from Boudreaux, easy access to hwy 249, good schools, one negative may be traffic on Huffsmith Kohrville during peak times to get out of neighborhood.
