Katy Schools? (house, rated, children)

I know I already asked this, but I think I need to narrow it down. I have done a lot of research on the Katy schools, but sometimes the internet doesn't tell you what it's REALLY like. Are the schools in zip77449 good?

They are better than most in the state but some of the lowest rated in comparison to other schools within Katy ISD.

Would you feel confident sending your children to school there? We are also looking at a house with zip 77084. Any thoughts?
