Spring Hills Association, Spring Texas 77386
We are considering purchasing a property in Spring Hills subdivision off Rayford Road and are inquiring whether there is a current association attached to the properties that define building restrictions. Do you have a contact person name to inquire about yearly dues and other restrictions.
Appreciate it. Cinda, 832-797-7255.

No I do not. I would like to inform you that it is in one of the higher crime areas of Montgomery County. As a law enforcement officer in the area for many years I should know. I would not want to live in the area myself. Don't let anyone kid you.

It is my understanding that Spring Hills does not have a neighborhood association. A quick drive through the area, pretty much confirms that--or it is very loose restrictions. However, your realtor should be able to get you any of that information.

The city of Oak Ridge does not have a HOA/POA. However, there are city ordinances.
If you are referring to crime rates, public records show that the highest crime rates in Montgomery County (much lower than Harris County) is up I45 at loop 336 in Conroe. Personally, I wouldn't live in Spring Hills, Fox Run, or Legend's Run in that area. I'm not sure about Oak Ridge, Legend's Trace, Creekside Village, or Forest Village. I wouldn't hesitate with Imperial Oaks, Estate's of Legend's Ranch, Legend's Ranch, Spring Trails, or Bender's Landing.
