I'd only consider c & g personally. I'm not fond of the other areas.

e & f

I'm at Sage 400 at least once a week. The condos that are jus south of there seem very nice. I have some business associates who really like them.

All quite good for the most part. The more modest apartments along Bay Area Blvd have a lot of UHCL students, not so much riff-raff. Construction traffic near NASA Rd 1 sucks though. Bad.

(Then east of Space Center/north of Bay Area has the mansions.)

(4) Lovett at Stanford
(5) Main at Gray
(6) Naomi at Fannin

4 (Lovett Blvd. in Montrose? I don't know where Sanford is specifically?)
5
1 (area is pretty nice and quiet)

I'm thoroughly biased in favor of Neartown/Midtown/Montrose over any other area on your list. I dislike Uptown due to the unholy trinity of OTL Richmond/Westheimer/610 and its big box/sprawly nature. And I would cross anything near Holly Hall/OST/288 and that whole area off my list with a black Sharpie.
