Default Riverstone

I am interested in building a Trendmaker home in Riverstone. The new section will be Vintage Trail and is suppose to have a Sugar Land address as opposed to a Missouri City address. Does anyone have an opinion about Riverstone? I currently live in Missouri City but in Colony Crossing (BW 8 & S. Gessner).

Also looked a Telfair but like the feel of Riverstone. Only liked Telfair because of the easy access to 59S and would prefer not to pay toll.

Work in Galleria area, no kids (so school not an issue), and want to get a pool.

Not really sure what you're asking? But I don't think there's much bad that can be said about Riverstone, whether it's the Missouri City side or Sugar Land side it's the same community. Only drawback might be lack of trees because the community is new.

JJP, how familiar are you with the area? Do you live in Riverstone? Would you recommend Riverstone over Telfair? Please explain reason for preference.

I live across Hwy 6 in First Colony. I think they're both fine... Riverstone is much larger so you might have more housing choices. I'm really no expert.
