I would look up these KISD schools (Wolfe & the others) on schooldigger.com and compare how the rank next to say Wilchester or Rummel Creek and Memorial Middle. The difference in school ratings is huge. I think those statistics will help clear up any questions about Fleetwood home prices. The schools are the reason you can buy a beautiful, huge & remodeled home in Fleetwood for 350k.
In my opinion, you have to decide on paying more money for a less desirable home in the better schools. Or get a great house for a great price & not the greatest schools. That seems to be the way I've notices things living in 77079n over 10 years.
One more thing to know....Nottingham Forrest is beautiful, but the middle school (Spring Forest) is not rated well.
