Default Canyon Gate at the Brazos

Can anyone tell me anything about this community? I've seen on HAR that there are quite a few available properties. Layouts look pretty but I'm kind of concerned as to why they are not turning over very quickly.

Thanks!

Not sure if you'll still be checking this since you posted back in Jan. but I was wondering the same thing.

We are seriously considering trying to but in Canyon Gate and were also wondering if it's a good community to buy in and if anyone has lived there and can shed some light. ???

The Canyon Gate I'm referring to is in Richmond, right outside of Houston, at 99/59. Canyon Gate at Brazos - Top Home Builders in Fort Bend : Guard gated community

Does anyone know anything about it? Safety, ect?

I live in a canyon gate community in Spring, I think all are pretty much the same, I like it it is a great community, guards are at the gates, they are sopose to take down anyones name and tag number as they come in the gate if they don't live there. On the section that I am in, we are a tight knit group, so pretty much every helps or looks out for one another. If you have any other

Default Canyon Gate at the Brazos

Hello, I have lived in Canyon Gate at the Brazos for about 3 years. I am actually in the process of selling my property, but only because of a job relocation. Its a great community! I love the easy access to 59. Everything is really building up in the area....its amazing. I really wish I could hold on to my property until after the housing problem kind of shapes up. I beleive its a great investment.

I have lived in Canyon Gate at the Brazos for a little over a year. We got a great deal on our house compared to what you would pay in Greatwood, and you are zoned to the same schools.
The downside is there is not as many mature trees, but the houses are also newer and you get more house for your money.

Now that more lanes have been opened up on 59, the commute is great! I think the area is going to become more "hot" now that the commute is not an issue (it used to be).

I don't know about the crime rate, but I have always felt safe.
