cypress question
Looking at many areas I have never seen so many homes in one for RENT
check these out Single Family Homes For Rent In Cypress, Texas
Also are any of these out of the loop or places to make friends?

I have been living in sugar land with my husband and son since august of 2008. we are very happy here. we are currently living in First Colony, but are looking to move to new territory or greatwood. we love it here.. there are tons of things to do...

That is cool!
Just curious, do they also have the 'no zoning' like Houston? Seems like real ideal if you could even start a business anywhere you want (within neighborhoods) as opposed to zoned business districts.

Residences in Stafford do pay property tax, but only around 1.9. That's still a whole point lower than most of the COH. and about 1.5 point lower than most MPCs.

realtor steer suezinohio. you can get daily crime stats emailed to you from the city's website sugarlandtx.gov. i get them everyday w/maybe 10 minor things. HTH.

Hmm, not sure on Stafford. They may not have zoning, maybe someone else knows. I do know that Sugar Land and Missouri City have zoning for sure.
