Any thoughts/opinions/comments on the suburb of Copperfield in NW Houston? Would you buy a house there?

Personally I would not move to the North of Houston (everything North of I-10) because of the weather. It seems that the worse of the storms are always in the North.

Except for those really big hurricane type storms which tend to be worse south of I-10.

Copperfield is a nice area. If you work towards downtown there are park n' rides close by, stores are close by and so are the 290 and I-10.
Bad wheather is not confined to the NW side.

I'll take a 15-minute drive to work over a 15-minute drive to the freeway to begin my one-hour commute to work in earnest.
