Default Foreclosure - Current status disclosure on rental homes.....

As I'm searching www.har.com hubby and I are noticing lots of rentals available that are around 3 to 4 yrs old in or around the same neighborhood. I looked up the area subdivision and it appears to be appx 60 % in foreclosure. Is there a free site that I can plug the address in and look up foreclosures?

Also when I contact the realtor does the realtor have to disclose the history of the current rental listing? (Current, late-whatever)

With this current foreclosure epidemic I'm a bit cautious....
