Hi everyone,

We are considering a move from Baytown to Houston, specifically the Northridge Park West (section 4) subdivision in the 77073 zip code. Would greatly appreciate any information you may have on this neighborhood regarding the general area, crime, people...anything at all, we know absolutely nothing!

TIA!

Wink I live in Northridge Park.

Hello, my name is Erika and I live in Northridge Park West. The subdivision is ok, I haven't experienced any crime. I do know that some time last year there were some break ins. There is a mixture of people here, and I have never had a problem with anyone. There are some homes in the neighborhood that are rental properties, like the one next to me. But it hasn't been a problem. The school district is Spring, I have been very pleased with all the schools so far. This next school year Spring ISD will be opening another elementary school and career based Middle school. I can't complain about the schools. My son does well and never reports any problems with fighting or issues with other students. The home values of course have declined due to foreclosures. Overall I like were I live, its convienent to shopping. It is located right behind a Sam's club which is great, and FM 1960 Rd is one exit up off I-45 frwy. There you can find a Kroger and plenty of dinning options. The Woodlands Mall is about 15 to 20 mins away. This neighborhood is really centrally located. I can help you find a home in this area if you have further interest. I am a Texas Realtor. Send me an email to esantana@homebuyingquest.com and I can email you a list of all the current homes up for sale. Or you can contact me at
281-924-5553.
I hope this has been helpful

God bless,
Erika Santana
