North Katy is Katy Proper right? The original Katy?

South Katy is more beautiful and lesser crime.

Well lets see...one was a Chinese Petroleum Engineer & they make about $150,000-200,000 a year on average. Hell, college grads with no experience at all start off at about $86k.

What's beautiful about undeveloped lots and huge subdivisions? Just my thoughts.

No, North Katy isn't Katy proper either. Katy proper is around Katy Mills Mall and Katy High School. As far as crime goes, North Katy crime is only slightly higher. The rich people in South Katy have all the nice stuff...remember that.

Making high salary annually does not mean you are rich.

Cinco Ranch is very nice but North Katy needs work on the roads, the Harris County side.

I disagree. North Katy's roads are fine. A lot of them have been expanded and/or are connection with each other (Greenhouse and Park Row for example).
