They're getting modest. I'm used to seeing the ex-Togo prime minister's brother offering me $100M or something higher than Togo's GDP just for handing over my bank account number. $1.5M is weaksauce. You should haggle him for more money. Lowballing cheapskates. Nobody wants to pay anybody anything anymore.

I got one very similar about 2 weeks ago. That along with "a Nigerian Prince" who was interested in a jet ski we have for sale! How lucky can one get?!
