Wow - price of townhomes in Glenbrook Valley, Glenwood TH
Just randomly looking up things on HAR and wow - people can get a really nice looking townhome in the Glenbrook area from the 30's to upper 50's. And one of the details said that the complex has a 24 hr. HPD bike patrol. What a deal, near town and includes HPD security. A ton of them for sale in there though................. What a great deal though for someone who wants to live near town and doesn't mind being in a transitional area. Glenbrook is coming back and as more and more want to move near town, I'm sure that this area will soon be in transition as are most urban areas near town.
