That and all the other subdivisions that are in MO City, plus restrictive zoning is a major reason the property's out here look nice.

Keep in mind, Sienna Plantation is not in Missouri City... it's in the ETJ (extra-territorial jurisdiction) of Missouri City. The survey may not have included the ETJ areas (just like The Woodlands is probably not included in Houston's data for the survey, though its in the Houston ETJ).

I'm not too sure that many people rave about Sienna. I think the more western part of Mo City, such as First Colony, Riverstone are the main contributor to the ranking. These are some very nice area and MUCH more established than Sienna.

Missouri City has had somewhat high crime the last 2yrs I would have picked Pearland I like Pearland much better

MO city is diverse thats one of the many reasons there on that list.

MO City any day over Pearland for me. I don't know why people rag on Memorial City so much.

both missouri city and pearland have bad crime areas in certain sections and certain neighborhoods now, but the good areas far outweigh the bad.

I live in CA and want to relocate to Houston, I was told Sienna Plantation is in one of the best areas to live in Houston, Tx, Pls and need your help finding the best cities with good school system for my 3 boys.thanks,Rami
