Head north of FM 1960 on Stuebner...you will find them day in & out sitting along the side of the road just north of Cypresswood and south of Louetta.

If you are picking up "day labor" from the side of a road in or around Houston, you can safely bet they are NOT legal American citizens.

At the very least a legal worker will have a valid i-94 form to show he or she entered the country at a legal port of entry and will also have some sort of work authorisation that you can ask for a copy of. This may be an EAD or a copy of some type of H-work visa.
