My husband is getting a detail in DC for a year and I just don't think we could make any money selling our home to move to DC.

Is the rental industry better these days??

We live in South Shore Lakes in Waterside. Our home would sell around 300k...and I have seen too many homes on the market for a long time. But we do have a one story on a cul-de-sac with a larger backyard.

You can try to sell or have option to lease as well.
