Cool Oakwood area (77040)
Looking for an affordable house to buy in Houston. I found some nice looking houses on Oakwood Garden St. and Oakwood Place Ct. What is the history of flooding there? Any improvement done or planned for that area? How the commute to Downtown looks like. Any good route to avoid the high traffic on 290? What about crime?
I will appreciate your imput. Thank you!
