Smile finding estate agents??
Can people who have relocated give any advice on how they found or chose an estate agent?

Are you required to work with only one agent or are you free to go around to all and any estate agent offices to see what listings they have?

Do buyers agents really exist?

Questions to ask - pitfalls or perculiarities I should know about estate agents in and around Katy area?

Any advice - greatly appreciated?
