West Memorial (zip 77079). You would find similar homes in 77024 and 77077. You
might find a similar home for around 200k (though not as large and probably a fixer) in 77077... the other two zips are more expensive.
There are some celebrities in Houston, I don't remember who at this exact moment. More sports celebrities I think than typical Hollywood. Matthew M has a home in Austin because he went to college there and never really left. Same for Michael Dell and several others... remember Univ of Texas is absolutely
huge , one of the largest campuses in the country. By the way, I agree with a previous poster that Austin is way overhyped... lived there several years. Not a bad place, just overrated.
