77024 - How is this area?
Hi,
Im interested in finding out what the Houston locals have to say about the area having the zipcode 77024. I'm relocating to this area and would like to know what to expect in advance.
Thanks

Ah, 77024 is in a high-money enclave.
The "Memorial Villages" are members of a group of wealthy cities surrounded by Houston.

A very nice area with Good schools. I grew up very close to there but I went to HISD instead of Spring Branch...
It's a very pretty part of Houston...trees and bigger yards. Close to Memorial park etc...

77024 and any neighborhood between following boundaries is 90210 Tx style... Between Sam Houston Toll way on the west; I 10 on the North; Sherpherd on the East; and I 59 on the South. I wil also include West University, Southhampton Place, and Bellaire and Meyerland.

Very nice--I wish I could live there. It's like The Woodlands but in the inner city. It is close to the Galleria and has two options within the neighborhood for shopping: Memorial City Mall (second in importance) and Town and Country Village (think Highland Village in the Galleria).

^^^ agreed. But I don't think 90% of the people in The Woodlands know what Memorial is.
