Default Rent to Own New Homes in North Houston

I am relocating from Atlanta to Houston. Has anyone seen signs or know someone with a new home for rent to own? I am looking for a home in Spring, Humble, Champion Forest, or close in that area. North Houston. I need a 3/4 bedroom home. I need it for October move in. Phone numbers would be helpful. Thanks

I am hearing that rent to own or lease to own is not legal anymore in Texas. That subject has been argued pretty hard in another forum. I dont know the truth nor can I find any info on it.

So if anyone has another 2 cents to add Im all ears !
