Default Horseriding, Cycling & Running

Hi, another question for Houstonites on this board.

Are there places in the Houston area where you can go horseriding? I.e. take lessons etc?

Secondly - how many parks, cycling paths and running paths are there in Houston? Are people quite active or do they just drive around in their cars???

thanks!

yes, there are places to take riding lessons and yes people are active. I run all summer on an outdoor trail near my house and I am never alone. In fact I avoid a local county trail because it is to crowed even on week days. Any specific info would depend on what area you are interested in.
