Default Wanted: 3br+,2ba+ home w/private pool?

Hello, I've just relocated to Houston and Id like to rent for a 3br+, 2ba+ home with a private pool. Would like to stay below $1600 and on the West/Southwest side of Houston (working at Westpark and Weslayan).

What he said. You can search for lease properties on HAR.com ... What you're looking for should be easy to find.

Frankly, I wouldn't want the pool maintenance and added electricity usage, but if you don't mind that, go for it. In fact, if you look into it, in most areas pools reduce home values and/or make them harder to sell, so there should be a ton of them for rent.

for the information about HAR... My wife wants the pool and I think that if I rent a house with a pool, I will be able to convince her of the downside of pool ownership before we are ready to buy...
