Default Grand Mission and Pioneer Homes

I have just put a "Super Contingent" contract down to build
a new Pioneer home in Grand Mission. They seem like a quality
builder, and the area seems good as well with quality FBISD
schools. Any other users out there who live in GM or have built
with Pioneer? I would love to hear from others in the area.
Thanks.

I was also looking at building in Grand Mission last year, but after digging deeper I decided it wasn't the place for me. In the spirit of sharing information, I invite you to read this next thread about GM from the HAIF forum, which has some illuminating information in it.

Best of luck!

Thanks for sharing that link, I was curious about Grand Mission because I have a friend who is renting there and looking to buy in the Katy area soon. Very interesting about the lack of HOA enforcement...I can definitely report that Cinco Ranch has VERY strong enforcement...some call it nazi-ish but I guess I'd rather have that than pitbulls and chickens and cars all over the street.

Also I have yet to experience any of the so called SAHM-high income husband snob factor.

So are you saying it has a POCKET PARK, MAIN PARK, WATER PARK, FITNESS CENTER, NEW ELEMENTARY, and you are VERY SATISFIED?

Is that what you are saying?

I currently live in GM and have built
with Pioneer. So far,

*I never heard any complaints about Pioneer's quality of construction.
*I only have positive things to say about Pioneer.
