Default Best/Preferred Hot Wings

I am new to Houston and see a lot of roadside store fronts that speak of wings. Who do you suggest? My experience has shown me that not all wing sellers are the same...anyone would agree. I have found that wing strips or "boneless" wings are not as good as "wings on the bone". I like heat but also taste. Can someone please tell me where someone in the Spring/Woodlands area would find some desirable wings, the kind that say "OMG, the Texans as playing MNF, lets get some wings!" I have tried Wing Stop (got strips...against my better judgment) and some place off of I-45N, a smokey bar and found that 1) they did not have heat, and 2) they were "breaded"...where you dip into a container of your heating preference. I like wet, spicy wings!

Help!

I think the general Houston favorite is Buffalo Wild Wings (also called "BW3's" but I don't know why). Others swear by the wings at Hooters, but I find them gross. There's a BW3's up there somewhere, I think.

Hmm. Perhaps there's a chain called Wings n Things in Kalifornia, but there are also some here by that same name. I have no doubt that the poster was referring to the ones in Houston, being that this is the HOUSTON forum.

Thanks! I searche for WnT here and didnt' find it, so I thought perhaps Yukon may have been from CA and either didn't realize the chain isn't national or was making a subtle comment about the wings here. GTK about WnT in Houston! Will be sure to check them out.
