Default Katy - Cinco Ranch SW - 86$ Sq.ft

We signed up on a home in Cinco Ranch SW. This is 3282 Sq.ft with 4/2.5/3

We paid 86$ per sq.ft. Do you guys think its good price? Just wondering whether we paid more for this.

$86/ s.f is a good price. I paid more than that a year and a half ago.

When I was looking a year ago, single stories before upgrades were around $95 to $100/sf. 2 stories before upgrades were around $85/sf, so $86 with upgrades is pretty good.
