Can anyone tell me what kind of end-of-the-year deals the builders in Telfair are offering? Thanks

Check out their websites...I know they must be dealing, because I saw 2 more SOLD signs on homes on the streets on the way to my house.

Ditto... a $750k inventory home next to mine was just sold over the weekend. The model home row has been crowded during weekends.

Check the websites... better yet go visit the model homes and find out yourself!
