Yea, I noticed that(after I went thru Ticketmaster) tickets are cheaper at the schools. I paid $18x2 for the wife and I, oh'well.

I'm glad to see Hightower go this far! Overall, Hightower is a great school, however they are overshadowed by Dulles, Austin and Clements in FBISD. It gets a bum rap because a few tougher neighborhoods feed into it. And that's a shame.

Congrats to Hightower and the Hurricane family. I hope they bring much needed holiday cheer to Southern Missouri City, Fresno, Arcola and the south hwy 6 area saturday night....good luck Canes!!!!!
as for the bum rap that the area gets....a lot of people like to equate "test scores to property values" and even though Hightower was recently ranked as one the top 25 high schools in the recent Houston Press high school rankings (out of 110 high schools), they get a bum rap because of the students who come from the majority black neighborhoods....even though Hightower has a majority black student population.....
again, something about test scores and property values....even in these tough economic times
but, hopefully, the entire area will be united for Hightower against Allen, a team from the arch enemy DFW area of Collin County
