With that poster I think it's a lost cause. He got an entire thread shut down because of his hate speech (against not one, but several groups).

But oh, he was lecturing me in this one about xenophobia and tolerance, or something like that. I forgot. I don't care.

Honestly seeing where this thread has gone.. there is no credible way that anyone can bring sources and viable evidence to back what they are saying. I mean if you hang out with all liberals then your going to view the whole city as being liberal; and If you happen to live in a Conservative suburb than your going to view the city as Conservative; Its all about who you meet; there is no credible way to judge people within an area.

What I try to focus on is the Physical and tangible shortcommings along with some of the positives that you can see.

Now that we can agree on! Of course, I don't live in a 'burb and don't really know much about life in the Way Out Yonder, but I agree with you on the bolded point. I'm liberal and so are the majority of my friends. Houston is too big of a city for it to be full of people who all think alike. Like I always say, your experience of Houston will vary greatly depending on where you live. And I don't know why any self-professed liberal would choose Cypress, of all places. Must have been the Big House Lure so many transplants fall for. Their mistake, not Houston's.

suburbs don't equate to Houston. You'll find most suburbs all around america to be conservative.

Reeled 'em in hook, line, and sinker. I wonder about some of these real estate agents. What are they telling these people?

FWIW, I use file-sharing sites to get documents, books, etc sometimes. I tried to search for this book and it came up nada. I guess this book isn't that popular.

I figured you'd be capable of a level-headed response at some point.
