Anyone know anything about this new community? It's off of Beechnut in Richmond. Close to Grand Mission and the new elementary school they are building. Ft Bend ISD

We're near New Territory and I see signs for it when I'm going up FM 1464 to get to the Westpark tollway... sounds like it has good access to the Westpark tollway and it's good if there's a new elementary being built. If it's near the new Aliana community that's a good thing too, that community should really bring the area up if the developer's plan all comes to fruition as planned. So there are three good things for you. Other than that I don't know anything about it, maybe someone else can help...

Are you talking about the new elementary being built for Aliana, or something else? Do you know where it will be located?

I think so. The school is not located far from Aliana. It's on Grand Mission Blvd and sits outside of Grand Mission.

I have shown in there in the past. Strong Asian population. A bit out there and in a industrial type setting. Not far enough from Mission Bend IMO.

I don't know too much about the area however I haven't heard good things about Mission Bend. Even though Mission Sierra is in Richmond, should we avoid this area?

Mission Bend has some iffy parts but some nice areas too.. my grandparents live there in a nice older home further south on Vistamont and it's a nice quiet area they've lived for 20 years with no problems..

I would just avoid the Mission Bend retail centers if you are worried about it..

My husband and I have found a 2400 sq ft Ashton Woods 2 story home we would like to build in Mission Sierra (Richmond) for $160k and AW is offering $30k in upgrades. My only concern is that someone mentioned that in their opinion it is too close to Mission Bend. However it is also very close to Grand Mission and somewhat close to Aliana.
