I need to rent a pick-up truck or van for 1 - 2 hours to move one piece of furniture. What's the cheapest way to do this? I've looked at u-haul. It's $20/day plus 60 cents a mile. Not too bad. Any other ideas?

Home depot rents trucks but I think it's about the same price as U-haul. We recently used U-haul to go pick up a new unassembled swingset from Toys R Us (they don't deliver!) and it ran about $20.
