Talk about being narrow minded, lol I've seen plenty of good neighborhoods outside of your boundary. Kelliwood, Firethorne and Westgreen

That's right near I-10, runs between Grand Parkway and crosses Mason Rd. It's north of Kingsland.

I know this was a topic discussed two years ago...but can anyone give any insight to Oak Park Trails? Someone mentioned they are undervalued...can someone elaborate on that? How is the community/quality of houses/ schools...would it be a mistake to buy there?

Although housing values are a bit undervalued, the community is hostile, the quality of houses middling, and the schools are lower tier. It would be a mistake.

I have seen katy creek ranch and it is very family friendly.A smaller community, not flashy but very decent. Surrounded by cinco, katy creek estate and falcon ranch. appreciation is doing very well because of location.
