How is the Manvel area just south of Southwyck Golf Course, but, north of Morris Avenue?

Sorry Brant - I haven't been to Manvel in years. It used to be a bit rural but I would imagine that has changed. Personally, I don't particularly care for the Silverlake end of Pearland (West end) so I am not a good one to give you a good opinion. Would be best if someone who lives or works on that end gave you their two cents.

Still pretty rural though it wont stay this way. Their starting to put in a couple neighborhoods.
