Anyone know anything about this school? Also known as Olympic Tae Kwon Do. No online reviews.

Thanks

If it doesn't have a webpage, I'd be worried that it's a McDojo.

What does a webpage have to do with how good the business is? Sometimes small business owners don't have the resources to spend on lavish webpages or haven't gotten around to putting one up. Sometimes shady or ****ty companies put up some fancy webpages that don't come close to what it is reality.

I think McDojos are more likely to have the fancy websites.

I've asked a few neighbors and they said it's a good school and has been around for years.

Granted, McDojo's might have an adveritsing blitz to fool people, but a long time succeful school will generally have a web presence along with specific credentials they can point to. If I go to say, Kim Soo's site - Kim Soo Karate, Inc. - Home of the International Chayon-Ryu Martial Arts Assocication: Tae Kwon Do, Karate-Do,Judo/Jiu-jitsu, Chuan-Fa Kungfu, and Hapkido/Akido - Martial Arts and Self Defense Training for over 40 years in Houston TX I can see mad credentials and I can read about the school's history. It doesn't mean it's better than a mom and pop place, but I would be aware that there's a lot of teachers who exaggerate their credentials.

A few years ago, my son took the one month trial class that was about $40-50. It was a really great school for sure, the teacher (sense??) was wonderful & my son learned alot. I decided to sign him up for more classes and was blown away by the price & contract. It was a deal where you had to sign a contract of 18 months, 3 years or 5 years. They also required a monthly draft from a bank account. Wow! I figured my 5 year old wasn't ready for this kind of commitmant so we tried the school down by Hollywood Video. That's our experience at the Kirkwood/Memorial Tea Kwan Do school.

My kids are enrolled at KMA. The Masters are so good. I highly recommend it to all parents looking for a Taekwondo class for their kids.
