Well, except for that quadruple murder a few years back. In all honesty though, you are right, it's a good, safe family neighborhood... fact is, crime can happen anywhere.

All of the murder cases here have been inside jobs from people who were most likely mentally ill. Too much debt, too much wine & too many anti-depressants over the years can burn ya some holes!
